You submit an application and required documents on our website

You are invited to an interview via Google Meet where you will be evaluated

You are shortlisted for the language training spanning 6 – 8 weeks

You attend a free language training and webinars where vital information about Finland, work-specific terminologies, workplace ethics, Finnish culture and integration will be disseminated

After the Finnish language training, you are connected with your potential employer for an interview to work as an assistant nurse (hoiva avustaja).

If you are selected, a contract is made between you and the employer on the basis of apprenticeship (oppisopimus) which is a contractual arrangement that allows you to work and study in Finland to upgrade and finetune your skills.

You approach the nearest Finnish embassy in your country to start the process of your residence permit application.

The whole process is free except that you pay for your own residence permit application fee and flight ticket to Finland.

Welcome to Finland

After your arrival in Finland, you will still be offered our numerous post-arrival support and services (airport pick-up, guidance for all the necessary registrations and documentation you need to complete with relevant Finnish government agencies, accommodation, etc.) to ensure your smooth integration into the Finnish society and culture.
