Limitation of DamiCare Konsults Liability
DamiCare Konsults is solely responsible for assisting the applicant with providing consultancy services regarding their applications and admissions to the vocational schools. It is the sole prerogative of the school to admit you to study the vocational nursing program. Our obligation and liability are only limited to advising, recommending and applying. You understand that course prerequisites required by the College must be met.

Assistance With Resident Permit Application
Our website indicates that we provide visa application support and visa interview prep services. We offer our assistance in helping you to complete your Resident Permit Application. However, we are not responsible for obtaining and issuance of a resident permit. Issuance of resident permit is the exclusive preserve and at the sole discretion of the Finnish Immigration Service upon the fulfilment of certain requirements by the applicant which are explicitly stated on their website: https://migri.fi

You understand and agree that we assume no responsibility or liability for any delays or refusal of your Resident Permit Application, including additional expenses incurred by you related to such delay or refusal. It is the responsibility of applicants to possess and get ready all genuine documents in fulfilment of their requirements for a Resident Permit Application.

Terms and Conditions
You recognize that we provide education and recruitment consulting and related services. We shall do our utmost to help you secure admission into Finnish vocational schools and employment with any recruiting entities, provided you meet the requirements. We shall not be liable if an applicant cannot secure admission to any institution or if and where such applicant lacks the required qualifications.

Warranty on the Genuineness of Submitted Document
The applicant hereby warrants that all documents submitted for admission processing and visa application are genuine, verifiable, and not fabricated. Please note that Finland verifies submitted documents. You are, therefore, advised against submitting fake documentation. The management reserves the right to terminate our engagement with any applicant who made any false representation or submitted any phony document.
